GENTLEMAN PARTY

For the last six years, Gentlemen Party has performed their unique brand of comedy at The People's Improv Theater in New York City.

With diverse performance backgrounds ranging from downtown theater to Cirque du Soleil and even a basement talk show hosted by the ACTUAL Jerry Springer, their work consistently aims to defy genre and convention, blurring the lines between sketch and improv, audience and performer, comedy and fever dream.

Past Gentlemen Party shows have served as explorations of quintessentially American pop themes, including the middle school experience, the history of gay culture, and the self-parody of contemporary cable television.

They have headlined the National College Comedy Festival alongside Tig Notaro and Baby Wants Candy and even performed the first ever sketch show inside the Museum of Modern Art in New York City.
